Valentine’s Day Bake Sale at Trent Bridge Care Home

Love is in the air at Trent Bridge Care Home as we invite residents, families, and members of the local community to join us for our Valentine’s Day Bake Sale.

As part of our Valentine’s celebrations, our home will be filled with the comforting smells of homemade cakes and sweet treats, all prepared with care and enjoyed in the spirit of togetherness. Throughout the week, residents have been sharing memories and advice about love, friendship, and self-respect — moments that remind us how meaningful simple acts of kindness can be.

Last year, one resident beautifully summed it up: “Respect yourself throughout your dating and relationships.” Events like this give everyone the chance to connect, share stories, and enjoy the simple joy of being together.

On the day, you can expect:

• A wide selection of homemade Valentine’s cakes and treats
• A raffle and fun activities
• A welcoming, community-focused atmosphere

Friends and family are encouraged to come along, enjoy the treats, and take part in a relaxed and cheerful afternoon. All proceeds from the bake sale will go directly to the Trent Bridge Care Home Residents’ Fund, helping us continue to provide enriching activities and special moments for our residents.
