Toray Pines star performers

Toray Pines held their Star Performer Award ceremony last week.

The Stage was set up by the wonderful Head House keeper Jo Eason with balloons and decorative fans galore. Home Manager Sherin Kandi rallied team members together to come, to watch and to celebrate the award winners.

Its always good to celebrate acheivements with team members.I t shows how they are appriceated and that their hard work and dedication to our residents and other team members does not go un noticed. Well done and keep up the good work.

Head Chef Mandy Montgomery joined Toray Pines in October 2022 as Assistant Cook. Mandy said ‘ I previously worked as Head Chef at the Bluebell Pub in Tattershall Thorpe where I worked very long hours and split shifts. I never had much of a life. Since moving to Toray Pines and becoming Head Chef I feel like I have my life back. So receiving this award has highlighted that and what a great move it was. I look forward to the exciting times ahead with a great team.’
