Toray Pines prepare for summer fayre

Residents at Toray Pines have been very busy colouring in Hibiscus flowers to make bunting for their summer Fayre on 22nd July.

Toray Pines summer Fayre is going to have a Hawaiian theme so the residents decided it would be fun to make their own bunting.

We have spent hours colouring in different hibiscus flowers in many ways. We have found it very relaxing colouring and in the hot weather we have had recently it’s been nice to do more relaxing activities as it’s been way too hot.

We are all looking forward to our summer Fayre and are glad we decided on a Hawaiian theme, it will be great to see the bright colours, colourful leis, clothing, and the fun atmosphere with maybe a cheeky Hawaiian cocktail or mocktail too. There will be stalls, raffle, tombola, guess how many sweets are in the jar and more.
