We promote independence and choice in all that we do. Our approach reflects our core values: being United, Nurturing, Innovative, ensuring Quality, being Understanding, and remaining Empathetic.
These awards recognise team members who support our aim to remain one of the top rated care homes in Lincolnshire.

Earlier this year, we achieved an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC, placing Holbeach Meadows among CQC outstanding care homes in the UK. Building on this, our Home Manager, Gemma Woodcock, has been named Care Home Registered Manager of the Year.
Gemma also works as a Safeguarding Ambassador and Mental Health First Aider. She said:
“I feel honoured to receive this award. It reflects the hard work and commitment of the team at Holbeach Meadows, who deliver high standards of care every day.”
Through Gemma’s leadership, we ensure every resident receives person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and life story. This award reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards of dignity within our Holbeach Meadows community. This reflects what makes a care home outstanding under CQC standards.

Linda Nicholson, a housekeeper at Toray Pines, has worked with us for over 35 years. She received the Behind the Scenes Award in recognition of her long-term contribution.
She said:
“I am proud to receive this award. It highlights the importance of behind-the-scenes roles in creating a safe and welcoming environment.”
Through Linda’s dedication, we support residents in leading independent lives within a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. We believe a well-maintained home protects dignity and creates a true home-from-home at Toray Pines. We believe a well-maintained home protects dignity in care homes and supports independent living.

Our Lifestyle Lead at Cloverleaf, Hayley Jackson, received a Highly Commended recognition in the Activity Organiser category. She leads activity programmes that reflect residents’ preferences and support wellbeing.

“Gemma, Linda and Hayley demonstrate strong commitment to high-quality care. Their work reflects the standards we expect across all our homes. I also recognise the wider teams who contribute to these outcomes every day.”
