Residents and staff at Sleaford Hall Care Home on Ashfield Road are celebrating after receiving an overall Good rating in the home’s very first Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.
Opened in 2023, our modern 67-bed residential, dementia, and respite care home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, was praised by inspectors for its caring culture, person-centered approach, and welcoming atmosphere.

Inspectors found that residents at Sleaford Hall receive compassionate, personalized care from a dedicated team that consistently puts people first. The CQC report noted that staff interactions create a cheerful and lively atmosphere throughout the home every single day.

Hearing directly from our residents and their families is the true measure of our success. During the inspection, residents spoke warmly about life at Sleaford Hall, describing it as a good club to be a part of. One resident shared how much they love that staff sometimes dance with them, while others praised the lovely carers for being so good to them. Residents also spoke highly of the food, accommodation, and security, noting that the meals are really good.
Family members expressed equal enthusiasm for the care their loved ones receive. One relative, who works within the care sector, described the care at Sleaford Hall as exceptional and second to none, highlighting how kind the team has been to their family member.

The CQC inspection also highlighted the strong working culture fostered within the home. Team members spoke proudly about supporting residents and feeling valued by the leadership team, describing Sleaford Hall as a positive place to work where everyone pulls together to achieve the highest standards of care.
