A message from our Home Manager
Following the recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Trafford Waters Care Home was rated as Requires Improvement.
The wellbeing, safety and quality of care provided to our residents continue to be our highest priorities. We have already implemented a comprehensive action plan to strengthen our service further and address the areas highlighted within the report.
The home is receiving enhanced support from senior leaders across the organisation, including increased oversight, additional quality assurance measures and ongoing monitoring to ensure improvements are embedded and sustained. We are working closely with our team members, residents, relatives and external partners to ensure that the actions we take deliver meaningful and lasting benefits for those who live and work in our home.
We would like to reassure residents, relatives and stakeholders that Trafford Waters Care Home remains focused on providing safe, compassionate and high-quality care. Progress against our action plan is being reviewed regularly, and we are confident that the improvements being made will further enhance the experience of our residents and their families.
We would like to thank our residents, relatives and team members for their continued support as we move forward on this journey of improvement. As part of this journey we would like to introduce our new Home Manager Beverley Davies.
