If you’re aged 65 or over, you’re invited to join us for our Winter Warmer initiative — enjoy a hot, nourishing meal in the comfort of our homes up to three times a week.

With the cost of living rising, we know it’s not always easy to stay warm and well-fed — so we’re here to help. Come along for good food, warmth, and friendly company at Mount Croft Care Home.

Life At Mount Croft

We see a move to Mount Croft Care Home as the start of a positive new chapter. Our community gives residents the freedom to choose a pace of life that suits them. Our Lifestyle Coordinators actively support this choice by helping residents take part in activities they enjoy.

Residents can join a wide range of activities each week. These include high-energy boxing sessions with Be Great Fitness, chair-based exercise, arts and crafts, and intergenerational visits from local children. We also host animal petting sessions, with visits from alpacas and Shetland ponies, which always bring smiles and laughter.

Our team arranges regular outings so residents can enjoy the local area. Trips to places such as the Botanical Gardens help residents stay connected to the natural beauty of Bromsgrove. Recent events have brought residents, staff, families, and neighbours together. Our Easter Wonderland and involvement in the Children in Need challenge created shared moments of fun and purpose. Hi everyone! I’m Liza, the Home Manager here at Mount Croft Care Home. I’ve been proudly working in the care sector since 2007, starting as a Care Assistant and working my way up to this role.

Providing our residents with the best care and a fulfilling lifestyle is my passion, and I feel so lucky to work alongside such an amazing team.

Family is everything to me, and I’m honoured to welcome every resident into our Mount Croft family.
