Meadows Park Care Home is located on Daisy Way, just off of Grimsby Road in Louth. The purpose built care home has been developed with residents in mind, and successfully combines modern design with comfortable living. The home provides 66 spacious bedrooms with ensuite wet-room facilities, beautiful communal lounges and dining areas, library, hair salon with nail bar and a home cinema. A diary of activities will keep our residents busy day to day while our catering team will provide a delicious menu of home cooked meals.
Meadows Park Care Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and provide Residential Care and Dementia Care.
Meadows Park opened on on 30 August 2021 and is a beautiful 2 storey, 66 bed care home developed with residents in mind. Each bedroom is spacious and bright, with an ensuite wet-room facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own spaces to help them make it feel like home.
Meadows Park has something for everybody and offers a cinema, hair salon, bar, garden & tea-room, comfortable lounges and dining areas as well as quiet sitting rooms. The gardens are landscaped and over the summer months, and as they mature, will be provide a perfect place for families and visitors to enjoy time with their loved ones, and for the home to hold events including the annual summer fayre.
Meadows Park is located on Daisy Way which is just off the Grimsby Road in Louth and close to local amenities such places to eat and drink. The town center is only short drive away and has many unique outlets including a locally famed cheese and butcher shops. Market days are Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays with the popular Farmer’s Market every 2nd Friday and 4th Wednesday of the month.
Louth is a pretty Georgian market town known as the capital of the Wolds and is surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty. There is plenty to do and see in the town and the coast is not far away. Building local relationships will always be high on the agenda at Meadows Park so that residents can maintain links with the wider community and continue to enjoy what the town has to offer.
