Meadows Park Care Home offers Residential and Dementia Care

Meadows Park is located on Daisy Way in Louth, which is just off Grimsby Road. The home is close to local amenities such as places to eat and drink. The town centre is only a short drive away and has many unique outlets including locally farmed cheese and butcher shops.

Meadows Park is a 66-bed home, with spacious bedrooms and ensuite wet-room facilities, beautiful communal lounges and dining areas, hair salon with nail bar and a home cinema. A diary of activities will keep our residents busy. As part of our community, residents will be able to continue with their daily routines whilst having the day-to-day needs looked after. Our catering team will provide a delicious menu of home cooked meals.

Facilities

Meadows Park opened on 30 August 2021 and is a beautiful two storey, 66-bed care home designed with residents in mind. Each bedroom is spacious and bright, with an ensuite wet-room facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own spaces to help them make it feel like home.

Home Manager

Kelly Davies

Kelly joined Tanglewood in 2014 bringing with her 14 years experience in the care industry, working her way up from a care assistant role. Kelly worked at Sandpiper as a Senior Care Assistant before moving to Toray Pines and becoming Floor Manager, she then returned to Sandpiper as Deputy Manager in 2018 before promotion to Home Manager in 2019. Kelly is a SONA Ambassador within the group and has her Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
