Life At Meadows Park

Life at Meadows Park marks the start of a vibrant new chapter. Our home in Louth gives residents the freedom to choose a pace of life that suits them. Our Lifestyle Coordinators actively support residents to take part in activities they enjoy.

In the summer months, our landscaped gardens become a lively meeting place. We host our annual Summer Fayre and take part in local scarecrow competitions. Residents, families, and neighbours spend relaxed time together outdoors.

During the winter months, residents gather in our warm communal areas. We use these spaces for socialising and seasonal events, such as our community Oktoberfest and Halloween celebration.

Residents can join a wide range of social and creative activities. These include intergenerational visits with children from Limes Play and Learn, gardening club sessions, and friendly competitions at the local bowls club. Each activity encourages confidence, connection, and enjoyment.

We also support the wider community through our Winter Warmer initiative. We welcome local older people into the home for hot meals and friendly company. We also support the Louth Community Larder.

“A big part of what I explain to families is that we allow them to be a daughter or son again, rather than a carer.”
— Kelly Coulthard, Home Manager
