Holbeach Meadows Care Home offers Residential and Dementia Care

The home is located at the heart of a new housing estate on Daisy Road in Holbeach. Holbeach is a small market town that sits at the heart of the famous bulb growing region. The home is close to local amenities including coffee shops, independent retailers, and places to eat and drink.

Holbeach Meadows provides 66 spacious bedrooms all offering ensuite wet rooms. The home boasts a range of facilities including hair and nails salon, communal lounges, dining areas and a home cinema. Our lifestyle co-ordinators will provide a programme of activities to ensure our residents are kept entertained daily, whilst our kitchen team work hard to provide a variety of delicious home cooked meals.

Facilities

Holbeach Meadows opened on 8 August 2022 and is a beautiful two storey, 66 bed care home designed with residents in mind. Each bedroom is spacious and bright, with an ensuite wet-room facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own spaces to help them make it feel like home.

Home Manager

Gemma Woodcock

Gemma started in the care sector aged 16, working as a care assistant at weekends whilst still at school. She qualified as nurse in 2004 and enjoyed a varied nursing career working within both the acute and community trusts locally within orthopaedics and trauma and community nursing. She then returned to the acute sector in a trust-wide position specialising in Tissue Viability Nursing, in which she holds a First Class Honours Degree. Following a career break to raise her children, Gemma began her journey with Tanglewood at Cedar Falls, as home trainer in 2020. Gemma’s passion for service improvement has seen her progress into the management team at Tanglewood from Deputy Manager to Home Manager. Gemma acts as a Safeguarding Ambassador, First Aid Trainer and Mental Health First Aider for Tanglewood and is committed to striving for excellence in all areas for our residents, families and team members.
