Located at the heart of a new housing estate on Daisy Road in Holbeach, we are proud to present Holbeach Meadows, a residential care home for the people. Holbeach is a small market town in Lincolnshire that sits at the heart of the famous bulb growing region, a neighbour town proximate to Spalding and Wisbech. Holbeach Meadows is a 66-bed residential care home that provides superior facilities that guarantees resident satisfaction. This includes modern ensuite wet rooms, a hair and nail salon, communal lounges, dining areas, and our very own home cinema. Moreover, our in-house lifestyle coordinators will provide a programme of activities that work in tandem with our residents’ own daily routine, ensuring that each resident is content with their activities throughout the day. As part of our community, we make sure that each resident’s needs are met with quality and comfort, including specific needs for dementia care and residential care. Lastly, our culinary team is fully trained to cater to a variety of delicious home cooked meals, ensuring that every resident is fulfilled.

Join us for tea, coffee and company in our beautiful home. Everyone in the local community aged 65 and over is welcome, no booking required, just come along.

Bring along your own knitting or crochet project, or come along and learn something new. Knit and Knatter is a relaxed, friendly session for anyone who enjoys handicrafts and good company.

Friday 18 September, 12pm

Wednesday 23 September, 3pm
Join us at Holbeach Meadows for a dementia-friendly Silver Screen, a relaxed and welcoming way to spend the afternoon in familiar and comfortable surroundings. We'll be showing Love Sarah. Booking is required, so call 01406 431222 to reserve your place.

Tuesday 29 September, 10.30am to 12pm
Join us for tea, coffee and live music in our beautiful home, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Everyone is welcome, and every cup goes towards a very good cause.

Home Manager
Gemma started in the care sector aged 16, working as a care assistant at weekends whilst still at school. She qualified as nurse in 2004 and enjoyed a varied nursing career working within both the acute and community trusts locally within orthopaedics and trauma and community nursing. She then returned to the acute sector in a trust-wide position specialising in Tissue Viability Nursing, in which she holds a First Class Honours Degree. Following a career break to raise her children, Gemma began her journey with Tanglewood at Cedar Falls, as home trainer in 2020. Gemma’s passion for service improvement has seen her progress into the management team at Tanglewood from Deputy Manager to Home Manager. Gemma acts as a Safeguarding Ambassador, First Aid Trainer and Mental Health First Aider for Tanglewood and is committed to striving for excellence in all areas for our residents, families and team members.
