Cloverleaf Care Home is a 72-bed home, with spacious bedrooms and ensuite wet-room facilities, beautiful communal lounges and dining areas, hair salon, tea room with nail bar and a home cinema. A diary of activities will keep our residents busy. As part of our community, residents will be provided with the opportunity to maintain their independence, continuing with their daily routines whilst having the day-to-day needs taken care of. At this Lincolnshire care home, our residents have every opportunity to stay independent. Our staff support each person to make their own choices, keep control of their daily routines, and live life their way.

We appreciate how difficult the decision to move into care can be, and that’s why our friendly and dedicated team are on hand to support you every step of the way. We provide Palliative, Respite, and Day Care. Our 24-hour nursing team offers expert, compassionate support for people with complex health conditions and those receiving end-of-life care.

Lounges, a hair salon, tavern and cinema offer a bustling social calendar with always something to do for those who wish to join in. A mere 20-minute walk to Lincoln Castle and the Cathedral, those who wish to venture a little further afar are a stone’s throw from the delights of Lincoln’s Bailgate and the vibrant history it has to offer.

In the summer months, residents and their guests enjoy time outdoors in our landscaped gardens. We host our annual Summer Fayre and Wimbledon weekend celebrations here. Barbecues and garden games create relaxed time together.

During the winter months, residents gather in our cosy lounges for social events. These include Grapevine Wine Club evenings, our Winter Warmer initiative, and themed Burns Night celebrations.

If you’re aged 65 or over, you’re invited to join us for our Winter Warmer initiative — enjoy a hot, nourishing meal in the comfort of our homes up to three times a week.

With the cost of living rising, we know it’s not always easy to stay warm and well-fed — so we’re here to help. Come along for good food, warmth, and friendly company at Cloverleaf Care Homes.

Life at Cloverleaf

We fundamentally believe that entering Cloverleaf care home is the start of a wonderful, exciting new chapter in our residents’ lives. Our caring community provides our residents the peace of mind that their loved one is in safe hands. Residents are able to choose a pace of life that suits them best. In keeping with the Tanglewood care homes philosophy – guests are welcome at any time, our home has no set visiting hours. The beautiful manicured gardens offer the ideal setting to enjoy time with friends and family. 

Our home gives residents the freedom to choose a pace of life that suits them. Residents can take part in a wide range of social and creative activities. Activities include music and movement sessions, choir practices, and visits from Shetland ponies. Each activity supports wellbeing, enjoyment, and connection.

Our team also arranges regular outings to local places of interest. Trips include visits to the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and Whisby Nature Park. We also work closely with Lincoln College to support education and care in the local area.

Recent events have brought residents, families, and neighbours together. Our Rainbow Day celebrations and fireworks night created shared moments of joy and pride.

With a background as a nurse and deputy manager, Jill has developed a deep passion for supporting both residents and staff to deliver exceptional care.
