Avocet House opened on 16 November 2020 and is a beautiful 3 storey, 66 bed purpose-built care home that successfully combines modern design with comfortable living. Each bedroom is spacious and bright, with an ensuite wet-room facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own spaces to help them make it feel like home.
Avocet House offers a garden room, cinema, hair salon, bar, garden and tea room and a variety of lounges and dining areas that have been designed to suit people who enjoy socialising and taking part in the homes varied activities program as well as those who enjoy quieter activities.
Avocet House is located on the newest development in Boston, the Quadrant. The Quadrant is an expanding residential area that boasts a number of commercial outlets and also places to eat and drink. Boston United’s new football ground is within view and across the A16 opposite the home. The town center is a short drive away and hosts the bustling Boston market twice a week where local vendors have been selling their goods for over 450 years.
