At Tanglewood we recognise that some people are not ready to move into a care home permanently or ready for any overnight stays. We do also recognise that as a carer you may still require support, and that you or your loved one may require some social interactions with other individuals. We can support you with this by offering day care services.
When you or your loved one joins us for the day, we can provide you with a freshly cooked meal, snacks and drinks throughout the day. We also provide activities to participate in, and a safe place for the day. You can then go and enjoy your day without any worry or concern.
We provide a very supportive service and if you have concerns that your loved one may find this process difficult, then we can look at ways to make this easier by offering one hour visits with yourself until confidence is reached. Please come and talk to us for support and information.
