Naming the bar at Beeston Rise

Our residents and team at Beeston Rise, our care home in Beeston, Nottingham, have been very busy the last few weeks preparing and designing their ideal bar.

Our lifestyle assistant and residents have been in contact with a local pub, who kindly supplied us with bar mats, barware, and glasses, our residents have spent time setting the items out in the bar to create a lovely cosy pub.

As a special touch residents have decided they would also like to the name the bar, they have come up with the idea to launch a naming competietion. Residents are asking the local community to support with this and have asked for any suggestions to be sent through to the home. They are also adding in their own suggestions.

A event in the bar will be planned to announce the name and a prize of a engraved personal glass will be presented to the name chosen.
