Meet our Home Manager – Ellie Wibberley

Ellie became a member of the Toray Pines team back in 2018, initially taking on the role of a Care Assistant. With a total of 8 years of experience in the care sector under her belt, Ellie’s journey at Tanglewood has been marked by a continuous pursuit of excellence in providing Person-Centered Care. Her commitment to assisting individuals in living life on their terms is a source of immense pride for Ellie.

Notably, Ellie recently completed a comprehensive Developing Managers course through LINCA (Lincolnshire Care Association). Currently, she is actively working towards the completion of her NVQ Level 5 Managers Course in Adult Social Care. Her dedication to furthering her knowledge and skills is driven by a desire to create an environment that offers peace of mind to the families of those in her care, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both service users and her fellow team members.
