One of the benefits Tanglewood employees recieve when they join our company is offering apprenticeships from day 1 of their employment.

Toni Harrison who joined Sandpiper Care Home in 2019 has recenetly completed her L2 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship and we are delighted to annouce that Toni achieved a Distinction.
