Introducing our Sleaford Hall hairdresser

We would like to introduce you all to Gillian Pearson, our new hairdresser here at Sleaford Hall.

At the age of 21, Gillian started hairdressing at Newark College, when she had completed the hairdressing course Gillian went to work in a Salon in Lincoln City centre before starting her own Mobile Hairdressing Business over 30 years ago.

Gillian is over joyed to join the team here at Sleaford Hall and even more so when she saw the wonderful new Hair Salon she would be working in.

The salon is located on the ground floor of the home and is very bright and beautifully decorated and well equipped. Gillian will be able to pamper the residents in a very relaxing and inviting setting.

Gillian is already a hit with the residents after only a few visits. She has made them feel special, pampered and very happy. Gillian will open the salon every Wednesday at Sleaford Hall.

One resident, Betty commented, ‘Gillian is lovely and always does my hair nice. I am very happy and will be looking forward to my weekly visits to the salon’. June said ‘The hairdresser is good and makes me feel nice when I have had my hair done, I am very happy with how she set my hair, I look and feel great’.

There were lots of compliments from team members to the ladies after they had their appointments, everyone said how lovely they looked. The ladies complimented each other too. Its always nice to see our residents happy and enjoying themselves, it is important for them to feel good and its always a pleasure to see their smiles. Welcome to the team Gillian, we look forward to a prosperous future together here at Sleaford Hall.
