Hunters Creek coronation quiche

This week our fab chef JP made the coronation quiche as per resident and team member’s request. The official coronation quiche, requested by King Charles III and Queen Camilla as the signature dish of their coronation celebrations was made from penitential bean-and-spinach. The meal was requested out of curiosity and was surprisingly a huge hit amongst our residents.

One resident commented ‘It tasted better than I could have imagines and would definitely eat it again.’

Ed Rezanovs Care Manager commented ‘It was absolutely delicious I wanted to take the whole tray home with me.’

Paired with a coronation party, naming the corgi and afternoon tea our residents and team had a wonderful weekend celebrating a moment in history.
