Home Manager Gemma was delighted to treat the Holbeach Meadows team to cream cakes and doughnuts this week as a big well done for achieving 100% in their Phase 2 training.
Gemma said “it is a fantastic achievement to have 100% of the staff team complete 100% of their Phase 1 and Phase 2 training! Learning never ends in the health and social care sector, it is an ongoing process to ensure that we remain competent in our roles and up to date with the latest research, so it is great to have a team who are committed to their training and developing their own knowledge and skills. I am very proud of them all!”.
Cheryl Shorter Regional Manager commented ‘We may think this is easy but with leavers and joiners to the home this figure often fluctuates but very proud that they have been able to achieve this.’
Tanglewood would like to say well done to all the team at Holbeach Meadows your dedication to learning and providing exceptional standards of care is greatly appreciated.
