Tanglewood Care Homes have 15 Finalists at Great British Care Awards!

The Tanglewood care team are bursting with pride to announce that 15 of our dedicated colleagues and amazing care home teams have become Regional Finalists in the prestigious Great British Care Awards for the East of England, Yorkshire and Humber regions! 

This incredible recognition is a powerful testament to the skill, compassion, and tireless dedication of the entire Tanglewood care homes family. The Great British Care Awards celebrate the very best in the care sector. We are thrilled that multiple categories highlight our commitment to providing outstanding care, and that our consistent excellence has earned us this widespread recognition.

East of England: Regional Finalists for Excellence in Care

A huge shout-out goes to the Holbeach Meadows Care Team for their nomination, which reflects their seamless teamwork and sharp focus on person-centred care. We are especially delighted to see three finalists in The Ancillary Worker Award—including Alyson from Tanglewood—proving that every role contributes critically to the quality of life in our homes.

Yorkshire & Humber Care Home Shining Stars

A wonderful group of Tanglewood colleagues in the Yorkshire and Humber region have also earned recognition for their outstanding contributions to care. 

Congratulations to the York Manor Care Team on their deserved nomination! We are thrilled to celebrate individuals like Susan Bullock, a dedicated Care Home Worker, and Jack Aisthorpe, who keeps our residents happy at Humberston House; their expertise clearly earned them recognition.
