This month, Beeston Rise proudly delivered the food donations collected during our Harvest Festival celebrations to the Trussell Trust Food Bank at the Hope Centre in Beeston.
Thanks to the generosity of our residents, families, and team members a wide variety of items — from chocolate boxes and soup tins to pasta and other cupboard essentials — were collected and shared with those in need. The team at the Hope Centre were thrilled to receive the donations and expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the community’s support.
“We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to give back to such a meaningful cause, especially as we approach the festive season,” said a spokesperson from Beeston Rise Care Home.
The Harvest Festival celebrations were led by Reverend Andrew, who guided a coffee morning reflecting on the traditions of Harvest and its ongoing significance in our lives. The event was a truly heartwarming experience, filled with community spirit, gratitude, and generosity.
Beeston Rise is committed to continuing its support for local charities and fostering a sense of connection and giving within the community.
