2.1 We may disclose your personal information to others; Tanglewood head office, other health professionals, the NHS, Local Authority and Government bodies who assist us in providing the services we offer. For example, in fulfilling requests for information about our Company, receiving and sending communications, updating service user lists, analysing data, providing support services or in other tasks from time to time.
2.2 In the event that we undergo re-organisation or the Company is sold to a third party, you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organised entity or third party.
