Cloverleaf Care Home hosts heartwarming Christmas fair

What a Fantastic Afternoon at Cloverleaf Care Home!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Christmas Fair at Cloverleaf Care Home such a wonderful success. It was truly heart-warming to see so many people come together and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

We were delighted to be entertained by the incredibly talented Andrea on the saxophone, who treated us to beautiful Christmas music and even a few much-loved ABBA requests!

A big thank you to our amazing stall holders – Lynn & Graham, Suzanne, Lunar & Bloom, and Juniper – for bringing along such a lovely range of handmade creations. Our residents’ stall was also a huge hit, selling homemade Christmas wreaths, resin gifts, reindeer hot chocolate cones and chocolate wreaths – so much talent on display!

There was plenty of fun with our tombola, the “Name Buddy the Elf’s Friend” competition (congratulations to Vicky, Head of Housekeeping, who guessed Holly!), and our raffle with an incredible 26 prizes up for grabs. A massive thank you to everyone who kindly donated prizes and supported us.

Our wonderful kitchen team did an amazing job with delicious pork, turkey and vegetarian sausage rolls, served with a choice of stuffing, cranberry sauce or apple sauce, along with some scrummy cupcakes.

The bar was also very popular, serving tea, coffee and hot chocolate (with the option of Baileys!), apple punch, Buck’s Fizz, mulled wine and lemonade – something for everyone to enjoy.

The atmosphere throughout the afternoon was truly special, and the turnout was incredible. Thank you so much to everyone who came along to support us. Our staff put in so much hard work organising these events, and it was truly heart-warming to see it all come together so beautifully.
