Cedar Falls star performers

This week Cedar Falls would like to congratulate their star performers who were nominated by our Home Manager.

Our Star Performers are –

Andrew (Night Carer) who was nominated for being a big help on night shifts to the laundry team by always ensuring the washing over night is done ready for the morning.

Donna (Housekeeper) was nominated because offered to take on evening shifts for the housekeeping team.

Alan (Gardener) was nominated for the fantastic up keep of the gardens.

Jenny (Lifestyle Coordinator) was nominated because of her skydive and raising the money for the residents.

Mandy (Carer) was nominated for being resident focused in all of the residents care.

Star performers is for appreciating our staff who go the extra mile for our residents. We takee great pride in our team members and the care they provide.
