Care Home Celebrates CQC Success with a Day Dedicated to Residents and Team

Residents and team came together for a special celebration day, recognising the people who make the home such a warm, welcoming and family-focused place to live and work.

The occasion marked the team’s delight at achieving a Good CQC rating, a fantastic achievement that reflects the dedication, compassion and hard work of everyone involved. Special recognition was given to the kitchen team and chefs, whose commitment to providing high-quality meals and creating enjoyable dining experiences for residents was celebrated as part of the achievement.

The day was all about celebrating the community within the home. Residents and team members enjoyed a fun-filled photoshoot, capturing memories of the occasion, before relaxing together with classic movies, refreshing ice lollies and plenty of conversation, laughter and shared stories.

The celebration highlighted the importance of recognising not only achievements but also the people behind them. The residents, team and families who make up the home’s community are at the heart of everything that happens, creating a place where everyone feels valued, supported and connected.
