Bingley Park Care Home Residents Enjoy a Visit from Owl Adventures

Residents at Bingley Park Care Home were recently treated to a truly memorable experience, as Owl Adventures brought their stunning birds of prey for a special visit last month.

The event, held in the home’s grounds, gave every resident the chance to get up close with a variety of magnificent birds. Many even had the opportunity to hold one of the birds themselves – a highlight for many and a moment of awe and excitement.

The knowledgeable team from Owl Adventures shared fascinating facts about each species, sparking curiosity and admiration from residents and team members alike. The interactive display not only offered an engaging afternoon but also sparked meaningful conversation and connection among everyone involved.

Lifestyle Co-ordinator Lauren said:

“It was a truly magical day for our residents. Many had never seen birds of prey up close before, and to be able to touch or hold them was something very special. We’re incredibly grateful to Owl Adventures for giving us such a joyful and educational experience.”
