On a delightful afternoon, the ladies of Abbey Wood Lodge ventured out to Warbreck Garden Centre, igniting joy and camaraderie. The sun smiled down, casting warmth on a perfect day to explore.

Upon arrival, the group was greeted by a dazzling spring display filled with colourful Easter decorations. It was a feast for the eyes! The ladies enthusiastically walked through the aisles, admiring attractive home decor and beautiful houseplants. Conversations bloomed around which pieces they loved most and why, and there were even a few irresistible purchases made.

After browsing, everyone took a much-needed break at the centre’s inviting restaurant. Happiness filled the air as they savoured delightful refreshments and cakes—each bite was a reminder of the simple pleasures in life. A few sweet temptations made the journey home too, as nothing good should go to waste.

Throughout the outing, the warmth and assistance provided by the friendly staff stood out, ensuring the visit was smooth and welcoming. As the afternoon sun began to set, the ladies remained engrossed, having explored the display until closing time. There was chatter about a return trip.
