Hunters Creek is a 88-bed care home in Lincolnshire. The home offers a variety of social spaces which are designed to suit people who enjoy socialising and participating in our exciting activities program, as well as those who enjoy quieter activities.

The Forget-Me-Not café is a bustling favourite, where Lincolnshire residents and guests alike gather for tea, cakes and catch-ups. Hunters Creek offers their residents an independent lifestyle whilst also providing 24/7-person-centred care, supported by best-practice observation. We ensure the comfort and preferences of every resident, including those living with advanced dementia, are fully respected.

At Hunters Creek, our residents are at the heart of everything we do. Medicines are administered safely, and those living in the care home have access to a wide range of healthcare support whenever they need it. We also have a dedicated palliative care suite for those in need of specialised care.

This purpose-built home has been beautifully maintained since it opened in 1991, and has since undergone an extensive refurbishment project. Spacious and bright bedrooms offer the comforts of a true home away from home. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own space, and maintenance teams are always on hand to hang that cherished family photo.

In the summer months, residents and their guests enjoy time outdoors in our well-kept grounds. We host Summer Fayres and outdoor Family Days, which bring relatives and friends together for relaxed time and shared celebrations.

During the winter months, residents gather in our warm, welcoming social spaces. We run our Winter Warmer initiative here, opening our doors to local older people for hot meals and friendly conversation.

We also create thoughtful and inclusive celebrations throughout the year. These include our low-noise fireworks night and our “Wishing Fairies” initiative. Through this programme, our team helps make residents’ wishes come true, from special reunions to long-held personal dreams.
